Handles incoming service calls, appointment requests, and internet inquiries for a dealership. Coordinates with service department managers, schedules and confirms appointments, follows up on missed appointments and aged leads, contacts customers to generate dealership visits, and tracks appointment show rates and hot leads while following company policies.

Coordinates the Secretary of State’s workers’ compensation program, managing injury and illness claims, records, leave decisions, return-to-work arrangements, OSHA reporting, medical billing, and communications with employees, departments, third-party administrators, attorneys, medical providers, and risk management personnel. Maintains claims databases and files, monitors compliance and payments, supports hearings and litigation, and ensures proper retention or destruction of records.

Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns: set up ads, perform keyword research and segmentation, monitor KPIs, reduce wasted spend and ACOS, and support client communication.

Coordinates the Division Chair’s calendar, meetings, events, travel, correspondence, records, and action-item tracking. Prepares agendas, briefing materials, minutes, templates, presentations, and event materials. Manages PBF Energy’s transfer-pricing processes between Commercial and Refining, ensuring consistent methodology application, controls, reporting accuracy, and performance measurement. Evaluates and implements material-change transfer-pricing and P&L adjustments, partners with cross-functional teams, and drives process improvements, automation, and analytics initiatives. The role is onsite five days per week at the company headquarters in Parsippany, New Jersey.
