Process vendor invoices, prepare financial schedules, assist with audits and compliance, document procedures, and support process improvements and internal stakeholders.

Coordinate LCL ocean import operations including cargo receiving, documentation (B/Ls, manifests, arrival notices), OS&D resolution, CFS tasks, customs clearance, track & trace, exam/hold billing, claims handling, and timely processing of the MIA OPS mailbox. Support door deliveries and customer service in a fast-paced NVOCC/freight-forwarding environment.
