Design end-to-end user experiences for a suite of products: translate complex workflows into intuitive UX/UI, create flows, wireframes, prototypes and production-ready designs, collaborate with Product and Engineering, contribute to the design system, and iterate based on usability feedback.

Manage and grow Intermedia channel partner relationships to drive resale of cloud communications services. Prospect, present solutions, meet sales targets, support pre- and post-sale processes, and collaborate across internal teams for partner enablement and onboarding.

Provide DoD cost estimating expertise to develop and update instructional content, training materials, and tools. Perform cost and affordability analyses, software cost estimating, risk analysis, and data visualization. Develop curriculum using Power BI, Python, R, and @Risk. Deliver instructor-led training and collaborate with government and instructional teams to meet quality and policy requirements.

Provide commercial and corporate legal support for a fast-growing fintech: negotiate and draft contracts, translate legal terms for internal partners, advise on regulatory/compliance issues, integrate legal workflows into product and go-to-market activities, and steward vendor and partner relationships.

Manage leave and benefits administration including FMLA, short/long-term disability, workers' compensation, onboarding, enrollments, claims resolution, audits, and open enrollment support. Educate team members, coordinate benefit events, partner with Payroll, and recommend process improvements while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with laws and company policies.
