Manage day-to-day operations of an on-site apartment community, including leasing, maintenance coordination, resident services, inspections, budgeting, financial analysis, vendor relationships, and team leadership. The role oversees property condition, occupancy, resident retention, market positioning, cost control, and community engagement while resolving resident concerns and driving operational improvements.

Manages vendor performance, governance, KPIs, budgets, purchase orders, and reporting for automotive-sector IT operations. Analyzes business processes, defines current and future-state workflows, translates requirements into functional specifications, coordinates system configuration and interfaces, and leads medium-to-large IT projects. Develops project plans, manages change control, supports testing and implementation, recommends process automation, and serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Lead complex CTS initiatives across project, change, and release management. Coordinate delivery with leadership, business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors. Standardize and improve project and operational processes, govern release practices, and ensure vendor and change request alignment with enterprise priorities.

Designs enterprise application architectures spanning Salesforce, ERP platforms, integrations, APIs, middleware, and data systems. Partners with business and technology stakeholders to define requirements, optimize cross-functional processes, establish data models and governance, and create application roadmaps. Leads implementation initiatives, vendors, and cross-functional teams while ensuring scalability, security, compliance, data integrity, and stakeholder alignment.

Design configurable CAD models, drawings, and truck package layouts; perform basic structural analysis and DFM; maintain BOMs and routings; manage new product development projects; support sales bids; troubleshoot with shop floor, perform testing and prototype assembly as needed.

The role involves building relationships with local businesses, promoting employer healthcare solutions, generating leads, and managing a sales pipeline through field visits and community engagement.

Own SwimOutlet’s organic and paid social creative, including shooting, editing, UGC, motion graphics, static ads, publishing, community management, and ambassador programs. Lead channel strategy, creative testing, performance analysis, product alignment, trend monitoring, and brand voice across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Collaborate weekly with the CMO to optimize paid social content and measurable commercial outcomes.

Lead global IT strategy, roadmap, and budget; manage IT staff and desktop/infrastructure support; maintain cybersecurity posture and compliance (SOX, ISO27001, CMMC, TISAX); support audits and ITAR; oversee network, servers, cloud (AWS/Azure), and identity/security architecture; train staff and communicate IT plans to leadership.

Process multi-country payroll (U.S., Canada, U.K.), maintain employee records in ADP Workforce Now, ensure payroll/tax compliance, handle garnishments and payroll adjustments, prepare payroll reports and month-end documentation, support onboarding, administer corporate credit card and Concur expenses, respond to employee payroll inquiries, and assist with HR reporting and office administration.
