Lead product lifecycle from discovery to launch for an AI-driven SaaS platform. Define roadmaps, translate customer needs into requirements and acceptance criteria, prioritize backlog, plan releases, and partner with engineering, Customer Success, and leadership to deliver reliable timelines and measurable product outcomes.

Lead cross-functional accounting and finance transformation initiatives, own the finance technology roadmap (ERP/NetSuite and AI), manage acquisition integrations, vendor/consultant relationships, and grow a small team of Senior Accountants while strengthening controls, data integrity, and process efficiency.

Support technical recruiting by coordinating interviews, managing candidate experience, collecting and aggregating interviewer feedback, and learning sourcing methods (GitHub, Stack Overflow). Assist with scheduling technical screenings and pair-programming interviews and help identify engineering talent while working alongside the Recruiter.

Provide first-line technical support to end users via phone/email; troubleshoot and repair PCs and hardware; support Microsoft 365, Windows, Active Directory, IP telephony, and security tools; document and track tickets; assist network administrators with deployments, network integrity, and infrastructure tasks; provide occasional travel to other locations and perform related duties.

Manage vehicle financing and lender relationships, present finance and protection products, ensure regulatory compliance, finalize and audit contracts, monitor funding, and train sales staff to maximize dealership profitability and customer satisfaction.

Evaluate and determine student residency for tuition under THECB rules; assist and register international students; monitor compliance; interpret state and federal residency/visa regulations; run reports; recommend program/system improvements; support admissions operations and perform related duties.

Serve as the bridge between Finance/Accounting and IT to translate requirements into ERP/financial system configurations, drive process harmonization, lead data governance and cleansing, support migrations and UAT, design training and change enablement, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to optimize financial reporting, reconciliation, and automation.
