Lead large-scale projects, programs, and process improvements using project/program management, change management, and Lean principles. Provide financial planning and analysis including strategic capital pro-formas, medical group budgets, initiative variance tracking, and maintain SQL data systems to support leadership decision-making and reporting.

Lead and manage an Applications Engineering team for fire alarm, sprinkler, and life-safety projects. Oversee design quality, workload distribution, code compliance, technical support, staff development, and coordination with sales and field teams to ensure accurate, constructible deliverables and reduce field rework.

Support and administer the commercial loan operations system, provide user support and troubleshooting, develop reports and procedures, assist testing and implementation of system enhancements, drive process improvements for credit and lending, create end-user documentation, train users, research and escalate issues, and maintain compliance with lending regulations and Bank Secrecy Act duties.

Manage daily branch administrative operations including A/R and A/P, invoicing, collections, payroll support, HR paperwork and compliance, vendor bill entry, DOT driver compliance, document management, and coordination with corporate administrative teams.

Lead the design vision and execution for Nova, a payments network product. Build connected experiences for funds, investors, and support teams, scope ambiguous product areas, set visual and interaction standards, and use customer research to drive high-ROI solutions across the business.

Support, configure, and optimize Workday modules and integrations; translate HR requirements into scalable Workday solutions; lead cross-functional initiatives, release management, testing, reporting, data governance, and AI-enabled capability assessments to ensure reliable workforce processes and data integrity.
