Provide strategic legal counsel across the Bank on corporate, regulatory, supervisory, ethics, procurement, public records, employment, and law enforcement matters. Oversees strategy, administration, and evaluation of employee benefits programs. Manages budgets, renewals, vendor relationships, open enrollment, compliance (ACA, COBRA, HIPAA), and benefits communications. Provides leadership to Benefits Specialist and supports continuous program improvement and financial analysis using claims and utilization data.

Lead cross-functional manufacturing projects from planning through execution and closeout, managing scopes, budgets, schedules, risks, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver capital equipment installations, facility improvements, and process improvements that increase safety, quality, productivity, and equipment reliability.

Provides clerical and administrative support including scheduling meetings and travel, desktop publishing and presentations, filing and records management, phone and mail handling, drafting correspondence, coordinating projects and direct mailings, and handling confidential information. Works independently and with teams on special projects; may perform light physical tasks such as lifting up to 15 lbs.
