The Sales Associate at Tecovas will provide exceptional customer service, assist with product knowledge, support sales efforts, and maintain store organization. Responsibilities include greeting customers, restocking, and participating in staff education.

Responsible for managing a sales territory for commercial cards, identifying opportunities, conducting sales calls, and partnering with other departments to meet client needs.

Review applicant, move-in, and recertification files for LIHTC, HUD, Section 8, and other affordable housing regulations. Verify income/assets, conduct audits, coordinate corrective actions, prepare compliance reports, support audits and site visits, train on-site staff, and report compliance status to the Compliance Director.

Conduct network, web (API and mobile) and social engineering penetration tests for clients, advise on vulnerabilities and remediation, produce deliverables, coordinate engagements, train junior staff, and meet FedRAMP/A2LA certification requirements. Must support customer-facing activities and occasional onsite travel.

Lead design, implementation, and delivery of software via CI/CD; maintain and optimize applications; drive architecture, code reviews, testing, security, and PCI DSS compliance; mentor engineers and lead scrum team activities.

Lead electrical design for building/facility systems including medium-voltage substations, switchgear, transformers, distribution, and equipment connections. Manage project teams, review drawings/specs, perform engineering studies, support construction administration, ensure code compliance, and maintain client relationships while meeting schedule, budget, and quality goals.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable SaaS platform features using C#, PostgreSQL, React/TypeScript, and AWS. Lead architectural decisions, ensure code quality through testing and reviews, troubleshoot production issues, mentor engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and participate in on-call incident response to maintain reliability and performance.

Generate qualified pipeline for Enterprise accounts via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn; follow up on marketing leads; qualify prospects and book meetings for AEs; collaborate with marketing and sales to improve messaging and conversion; become an expert on developer tools and CodeRabbit; consistently meet and exceed quota.

Lead finance transformation initiatives, support ERP and financial systems implementations and optimizations, standardize and automate finance processes (close, reconciliations, AR/AP, P2P, O2C, budgeting), manage change activities, develop documentation and training, measure outcomes, and provide post-go-live support across cross-functional teams.

Sell, service, and administer life insurance products: market to prospects, consult clients on needs, provide quotes, complete applications, obtain underwriting approval, deliver policies, maintain client records, assist beneficiaries, and periodically review/adjust coverage.
