Lead accounting and finance for three nonprofit entities, overseeing general ledger, AP/AR, payroll coordination, donation stewardship (Salesforce), budgeting, audits, cash and investment management, internal controls, and financial reporting for leadership and the Board. Supervise Business & Finance staff and ensure compliance with nonprofit accounting, donor restrictions, and regulatory requirements.

Serve as primary hospital/institutional customer contact to understand needs, develop account strategies, coordinate with cross-functional teams, drive managed-care pull-through, and implement approved resources and programs to improve HCP and patient outcomes. Lead electrical and power-electronics design for rail propulsion systems: PCB design in Altium, system integration, testing, firmware tweaks, requirements management, customer interfacing, and field support. Oversee multidisciplinary teams and generate specifications, test procedures, and documentation for qualification and production.

Lead field marketing strategy and execution for assigned US/Canada territories. Partner with Sales and Energy Markets to sharpen positioning, run demand-generation campaigns (email, webinars, events, trade shows), generate and nurture leads, enable sales with collateral and program launches, analyze wins/losses, and measure campaign impact to drive enrollments and revenue.

Support planning and execution of small to less-complex sign projects: manage schedules and budgets, coordinate design/production/installation/vendors, verify specifications and permits, perform site visits, track project records and progress, identify risks, and ensure quality under supervisor guidance.

Provide hands-on HR support in a high-volume manufacturing and warehouse facility, handling recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, attendance/timekeeping, payroll support, benefits and leave administration, safety and compliance, training, HR reporting, and personnel recordkeeping across multiple shifts.

Lead and grow a multidisciplinary Platform team (DevOps, AppSec, SRE, FinOps) to build reliable, secure, and cost-effective shared systems. Set technical strategy and roadmap, manage technical debt, drive platform delivery, lead incident response, improve observability and FinOps visibility, and coach emerging engineering leaders to raise standards across the organization.

Own post-sale customer relationships end-to-end: build delivery plans, drive onboarding and rollout, monitor account health, run business reviews, resolve escalations, and drive renewals and expansion. Establish repeatable CS motions, templates, and hiring decisions. Role is in-person in the SF Bay Area with customer travel.

Own the 2-3 year architecture and reliability of high-volume catalog, pricing, and inventory ingestion. Lead migrations from legacy batch to modern systems, define data SLAs, build observability and orchestration, mentor senior engineers, and resolve cross-team, high-severity data problems.

Provide HR and office administrative support including coordinating meetings, events and food; managing supplies, mail, badges, and vendor relationships; maintaining intranet and shared files; preparing board packs and presentations; supporting executives with travel/scheduling/expenses; and providing shared HR team support.
