The Business Strategy Director will lead corporate strategy, M&A analysis, post-merger integration, business planning, and strategic execution. Partner with Product, Engineering, Clinical Operations, Growth, Quality, and Compliance while conducting user research, building reusable design systems, ensuring accessibility, and designing transparent, safe AI interactions.

Support mechanical engineering team in CAD modeling, FEA, tolerance analysis, and prototype validation for rack- and row-based data center infrastructure. Create manufacturing-ready drawings, support BOM and lab testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout new product development.
