The BizOps Lead will advise the CEO, manage strategic initiatives, coordinate programs, prepare communications for stakeholders, and lead special projects.

Design scalable production AI, LLM, and agentic systems; establish LLMOps, evaluation, observability, governance, and security standards; guide build-versus-buy decisions; and champion AI-assisted development. Partner with engineering, product, and business leaders to redesign enterprise processes around AI while maintaining deterministic, auditable controls for policy, financial, and compliance workflows.

Drive CTV advertising revenue across healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors by developing strategic sales plans, managing agency and brand relationships, leading prospecting through contract execution, and negotiating upfront and scatter-market deals. Collaborate with internal teams on compliant advertising solutions, stay current on CTV and programmatic trends, and consistently exceed revenue targets.

Leads the enterprise analytics organization, managing Analytics Engineers, Data Analysts, and BI Developers. Defines analytics strategy, delivers executive dashboards and operational reporting, establishes KPI and governance standards, builds semantic models and curated datasets, and drives self-service BI adoption.
