POSITION SUMMARY

The Supply Administrator is responsible for supporting aircraft maintenance and supply chain operations through the effective management, control, storage, and distribution of inventory and aircraft parts. Reporting to the Regional Supply Chain Manager, this position ensures materials are available when and where needed to support maintenance activities while maintaining accurate inventory records, regulatory compliance, and efficient warehouse operations. The Supply Administrator serves as a key liaison between Supply Chain and Maintenance teams, ensuring inventory integrity, proper documentation, and operational readiness.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and process material transactions within the inventory management system.
  • Receive, store, issue, transfer, and distribute aircraft parts and materials to support maintenance operations.
  • Ensure proper preservation, storage, security, and control of inventory, including shelf-life-sensitive materials.
  • Monitor inventory levels, maintain FIFO practices, and recommend replenishment of consumable stock as needed.
  • Verify the accuracy of inventory documentation, certifications, serial numbers, lot numbers, and related records.
  • Support shipping, receiving, inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation activities.
  • Coordinate with maintenance personnel to ensure materials are available when and where needed.
  • Organize warehouse storage areas and maintain established housekeeping and safety standards.
  • Utilize aircraft parts publications and inventory systems to support material management activities.
  • Communicate inventory needs, shortages, and operational issues to supply chain leadership.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Aviation, aerospace, or aircraft maintenance support experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, materials management, or supply chain administration preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience working with inventory management systems; Ramco experience preferred.
