Part-time BDR responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads in manufacturing and technical industries via email, phone, and LinkedIn. Maintain HubSpot records, schedule discovery meetings, refine outreach messaging, and meet outreach and appointment-setting goals while collaborating with Sales and Marketing.

Analyze sales, pipeline, and revenue data to produce forecasting, performance, retention, pricing, and capacity insights. Manage and grow strategic national restaurant accounts using consultative selling. Conduct menu analyses, business reviews, prospecting, and sample submissions. Lead QA incident responses, collaborate cross-functionally (R&D, Supply Chain, Legal, Procurement, Marketing), draft supply agreements/pricing proposals, and meet annual sales and profitability targets. Substantial travel (up to 40%) and territory-based remote work required.

Review and quality-assure investigative reports from field investigators, provide guidance on investigative and formatting requirements, monitor case status and due dates, schedule additional leads, assist with customer complaints, prepare statistical/customer reports, and support project managers and supervisors on quality issues.

Lead end-to-end Azure infrastructure engagements: design, implement, validate, document, and transition environments to managed services. Use Cloud Adoption Framework and Well-Architected principles, perform migrations with Azure Migrate, ensure security, resiliency, operational readiness, automate via IaC, troubleshoot complex issues, and enable knowledge transfer for managed services.

Lead and support design, deployment, administration, and Tier-2/3 support of AWS and hybrid-cloud systems. Maintain Linux/Windows servers, IP networking, automate operations with IaC/configuration management, produce documentation, and troubleshoot mission-critical infrastructure in a secured, fast-paced environment.

Work with product-minded engineers to turn AI-native prototypes (LLM gateways, agentic systems, proxies) into production-grade services: hardening, observability, security reviews, integrations with reference customers, and operational tooling to ensure reliability and maintainability.

Drive new commercial business by prospecting, developing, and closing complex B2B fleet-management opportunities. Lead cross-functional teams, engage C-suite stakeholders, build territory and account plans, manage CRM forecasts, and align solutions to measurable financial and operational outcomes. Frequent travel required.
