Manage the shared services Accounts Payable team and oversee high-volume invoice, payment, reconciliation, disbursement, and month-end close processes. Lead hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, vendor issue resolution, controls, audits, and SOX compliance. Partner with Treasury and ERP teams to improve workflows, implement processes, support cash-flow projections, and maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and account reconciliations.

Monitors transport, port, and terminal costs to establish accurate standard costs for pricing and shipment profitability analysis. Identifies cost drivers and root causes, communicates insights to Operations and Commercial teams, analyzes vendor costs and volumes, and supports savings initiatives. Serves as a subject matter expert for assigned logistics cost categories and oversees maintenance of FIS catalogues.

Supports procurement for intermodal rail services through budget preparation, cost and supplier analysis, tender and pricing evaluations, savings tracking, negotiations, contracts, tariff maintenance, compliance, reporting, and supplier risk management. The role focuses on selling to law firms and legal decision-makers in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Own the full mid-market sales cycle, including prospecting, cold calling, relationship building, product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing. Meet or exceed revenue quotas, maintain accurate CRM pipeline data, attend industry events, and collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams. The role focuses on expanding Supio’s AI platform sales within the legal community and helping law firms improve knowledge work.
