The Associate Director of Program Data and Analytics oversees data systems and reporting to drive strategic decisions in youth programs, ensuring data-driven processes and stakeholder engagement.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close; prepare variance analysis, financial models, and reports; partner with operations and accounting to provide financial guidance and decision support for leadership.

Responsibilities include issuing purchase orders, expediting critical aircraft parts, resolving supplier delays, maintaining material shortage records, monitoring purchase order accuracy and aging, coordinating with production, quality, operations, and customer service, and leading supply chain metrics reviews and improvement projects. The role requires hands-on procurement leadership, aerospace regulatory knowledge, and strong prioritization.

Plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows and events nationwide. Build annual trade show calendar and budget, manage inventory and logistics, design booth assets and demos, implement lead collection, coordinate shipping/set-up, work cross-functionally with marketing and product teams, and manage on-site event execution and post-event follow-up.

Conduct due diligence and evaluate public markets asset classes, maintain a focus list of recommended strategies, present recommendations to the Enterprise Investment Policy Committee, support advisors with manager searches and client meetings, produce research deliverables and educational materials, lead RFPs for large relationships, mentor associates, and support onboarding, conferences, and special projects.

Supports SEC reporting for non-traded REITs, including consolidated financial statements, footnotes, MD&A, 8-K and Section 16 filings in Workiva. Reviews fund administrator and property manager schedules, performs tie-outs, researches technical accounting issues, supports NAV close, audits, SOX testing, and internal board and audit committee reporting.

Leads B2B enterprise sales for the US market, managing the full sales cycle, revenue targets, pipeline, forecasting, and CRM discipline. Manages, coaches, and develops sales representatives through training, call audits, role plays, and performance reviews. Collaborates with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to improve conversion and customer experience while using technology, AI, and automation to optimize sales processes.

Analyze engagement and usage data to identify customer journey friction, lead quality initiatives, and improve call center and support workflows. Redesign processes, automate operations, track performance, and collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering to implement scalable systems. Present data clearly while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
