Supports and enhances a pension administration system by gathering requirements, documenting processes, analyzing issues, coordinating with stakeholders and vendors, and conducting functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing. Requires extensive Allen-Bradley and Keyence PLC programming and HMI integration experience, with Fanuc robot programming preferred.

Manage and coach rep firms, conduct business reviews, optimize territory coverage, track performance, and drive revenue attainment. The role requires technical fluency in semiconductor or high-speed data center interconnect products and collaboration across engineering, supply chain, marketing, and leadership.

Lead roadmap and vendor relationships for the Customer Data Platform and marketing integrations. Define requirements, measure CDP and feed health, enable AI agents, partner with Engineering and Analytics, and prioritize work with marketing stakeholders to improve data quality, enrichment, and personalization capabilities.

Provides day-to-day People Operations support across the employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, employee changes, transfers, separations, and Workday HCM transactions. Administers background checks and pre-employment screening, maintains confidential employee records, supports HR audits and compliance activities, resolves routine employee and manager questions, and identifies process improvements. The role collaborates with Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, HRIS, vendors, employees, and managers in a hybrid office environment.

Owns strategy, multi-year roadmap, and business outcomes for B2B payment platforms and native mobile driver experiences. Leads real-time spend, mobile application, cardless payment, and web-to-mobile capabilities. Partners with engineering, UX research and design, commercial teams, and executives to deliver seamless customer experiences, define product metrics, execute go-to-market initiatives, and drive data-informed improvements using analytics and generative AI tools.

Own the full SaaS sales cycle for EverPro’s Customer Lobby and pulseM solutions, including prospecting, discovery, virtual demonstrations, proposals, negotiation, and closing. Build pipeline, forecast opportunities in Salesforce, achieve sales quotas, and provide consultative guidance to home service businesses. Partner with business development, marketing, customer success, and implementation teams to deliver a strong customer experience.
