Prospect and acquire new restaurant customers (1-25 units) for HungerRush 360 through outbound lead generation, discovery, demos, negotiation, and full sales-cycle management while maintaining pipeline in Salesforce and collaborating cross-functionally to meet sales targets.

Manage daily accounting and month-end close across multiple properties and projects. Oversee job costing, WIP, project billings, CAM reconciliations, intercompany consolidations, and balance sheet reconciliations. Promote Galderma consumer skincare to healthcare professionals within an assigned territory via face-to-face calls, sample distribution, and targeted field activities. Meet sales and KPI targets, manage territory administration and resources, build provider relationships, attend medical meetings, and record activity in company systems. Travel and occasional evening/weekend meetings required.

Own and maintain the GTM tech stack: map systems, ensure integrations (Salesforce/HubSpot/etc.) and data fidelity, audit workflows, build automation and dashboards, define KPIs, and drive a tech roadmap that reduces friction and improves GTM team productivity. Drive new customer acquisitions across independent and small-chain restaurants in the LA/MS territory; own the full sales cycle from prospecting, qualification, and value-driven closes to installation and adoption. Maintain accurate CRM pipeline, conduct on-site assessments, collaborate with operations for installs, hit monthly/quarterly targets, and build customer and local partnerships. Requires frequent field activity and travel within the territory.

Lead development and execution of company-wide culture and wellbeing strategies. Partner with senior leaders to influence values-based behavior, design scalable initiatives, measure cultural health using data, and manage budgets and resources to improve employee experience across the organization.

The Senior Robot Infrastructure Engineer will develop edge-to-cloud systems for robot fleet management, focusing on software implementation, OTA updates, and data pipeline architecture.

Lead cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing using Lean/TPS methods. Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, standardized work, 5S, and root cause analysis to improve safety, quality, productivity, cost, and delivery. Train/coaching employees, analyze metrics, track KPIs, and partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to sustain improvements.

Own a field territory to prospect and close new independent optical accounts, manage and grow existing relationships, analyze sales data and KPIs, run territory plans and business reviews, represent the brand at events, and collaborate internally to drive product adoption and revenue.
