Serve as AMC's senior financial leader overseeing strategy, budgeting, accounting, reporting, risk, grants, investments, and financial systems. Lead and develop the finance team, partner with CEO and Board, drive FP&A, ensure compliance and strong controls, and support long-term financial sustainability while enabling mission delivery.

Manage client relationships and growth for $1–$2M accounts, drive revenue and forecasting, identify and manage sales opportunities, collaborate with engagement teams, oversee billing/AR, and report performance against client goals.

Support and coach Dealer automotive operations to execute corporate strategy, deliver operational excellence, develop technician training/co-op programs, advise on financial and technical decisions, and provide regional dealer support through travel and virtual tools.

Support intermodal chassis and container portfolios by tracking KPIs, assisting with post-acquisition integrations, supporting due diligence and deal execution, building dashboards and reporting, improving data integrity, and coordinating cross-functional teams on operational and commercial improvements.

Lead the front-end migration from Angular to React, define front-end architecture and design system, own end-to-end UI features including BFF/Spring Boot API work, ensure WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility, champion TDD and testing standards, and mentor engineers while integrating AI-augmented tooling into development and design workflows.

Partner with sales and clients to define security testing scopes, evaluate environments, propose customized offensive-security solutions, produce proposals and documentation, present methodologies to stakeholders, and collaborate with delivery, operations, and marketing to ensure smooth client engagements and continuous process improvement.

Drive cost-effective transportation across cross-dock, transship, and DC operations. Own first-mile and middle-mile processes, manage carriers and vendors, optimize routing and workflows, support TMS and data analysis, and partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Tech to improve performance and deliverables.
