Answer customer inquiries via phone and email, resolve issues with high first-contact resolution, process registrations and orders (including credit card payments), place outbound calls, generate leads for instructor certification, and use CRM, Great Plains, and KMS while following policies and PCI standards.

Build and run Brale's in-house accounting: manage daily cash, A/R billing and collections, A/P and vendor payments, run month-end close, perform reconciliations, document processes, and transition recurring work from external accountants.

Coordinate contracted commercial service work between vendors and franchise owners: set up accounts, review contracts and work orders, create invoices, handle billing, communicate with vendors and franchisees, maintain digital records, and provide reporting and customer service. Entry-level role with training provided.

Assess financial viability of commercial real estate investments, underwrite and structure loans, prepare credit packages and investment memoranda, source and market lending opportunities, negotiate terms, and support pipeline management and risk controls to grow the CRE portfolio.

Coordinate employee recognition, engagement, and workplace culture programs; plan and run events; manage community outreach and partnerships; create and publish internal and social media content; track participation and effectiveness; collaborate with HR and other departments; maintain confidentiality and manage multiple projects within budgets.

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts (client, vendor, NDAs, CMBS and balance sheet documents), manage outside counsel on litigation and regulatory matters, advise stakeholders on commercial mortgage servicing and corporate matters, and manage multiple projects to timely completion.

Prepare and issue bills, reports, and AHJ notifications in coordination with inspection and service teams. Resolve customer billing issues, perform accurate data entry, apply basic accounting and math, and use Excel and Microsoft Office to maintain detailed records.
