Lead and manage open enrollment for multiple clients: supervise specialists, validate benefits data, liaise with carriers/vendors, ensure regulatory compliance, present renewals, advise employees, and perform post-enrollment validation and reporting.

Serve as an on-site HR Business Partner delivering HR compliance, employee-relations, and strategic HR solutions to executive-tier clients. Advise on multi-state employment laws, manage investigations, develop HR tools, monitor SLAs, document client interactions in HRIS, and support client retention and process improvements. Requires proactive consultation, collaboration, and occasional domestic travel.

Design and analyze compensation programs, build analytic models and dashboards, automate reporting, support Workday compensation modules, conduct global market benchmarking, and communicate data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.

Operate the NYC office and run core recruiting operations: interview scheduling, candidate coordination, ATS workflows, onboarding/offboarding, and essential People Ops tasks (I-9s, verifications, HRIS updates). Improve processes via documentation, templates, and AI automations while partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, People Ops, and IT.
