Source and engage senior engineering talent across computer vision, ML, robotics, electrical, embedded, autonomy, and systems. Develop creative sourcing strategies, build long-term pipelines, conduct technical screens for domain and program eligibility, track sourcing metrics in the ATS, and partner with recruiters and hiring managers to accelerate hiring in a defense-focused, fast-paced environment.

Supports HR data and records management using Workday and HCM processes. Processes high-volume transactions (payroll, leave, appointments), audits payroll and appointment data, responds to departmental HR/payroll inquiries, monitors compliance with policies and SLAs, and assists with salary/merit planning and process improvements.

Design and analyze compensation programs, build analytic models and dashboards, automate reporting, support Workday compensation modules, conduct global market benchmarking, and communicate data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.

Operate the NYC office and run core recruiting operations: interview scheduling, candidate coordination, ATS workflows, onboarding/offboarding, and essential People Ops tasks (I-9s, verifications, HRIS updates). Improve processes via documentation, templates, and AI automations while partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, People Ops, and IT.

Lead global People strategy for a high-growth AI/SaaS company: partner with founders on org design and executive hiring; build scalable talent, performance, rewards, compliance, HR operations, and people analytics; coach leaders and scale a high-performing global People function.
