The role also involves experimenting with AI tools and automations while balancing privacy, bias, quality, and human judgment.

Lead technical recruiting for data science, engineering, and product teams: own full-cycle hiring, partner with senior leadership on hiring strategy, use AI tools to source and evaluate candidates, drive process improvements and employer branding, and build pipelines through creative sourcing and events.

Own full-cycle recruiting across technical, business, and go-to-market roles, from individual contributors through leadership. Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders on role definition, sourcing strategy, candidate evaluation, and hiring decisions. Manage complex searches, use funnel metrics to improve outcomes, maintain ATS rigor, enhance recruiting processes, and deliver consistent candidate experiences. Mentor recruiters and provide talent-market expertise, judgment, and stakeholder leadership.

Serve as an embedded strategic HR partner for Engineering, Product, Design, and Marketing: drive org health, talent strategy, performance management, calibrations, headcount planning, and cross-functional people programs while coaching leaders and executing scalable people solutions.

Delivers onboarding, skills, and leadership development training for field and office employees. Designs and customizes training content, facilitates classroom and hands-on sessions, administers assessments, tracks training metrics, analyzes feedback, coordinates vendors and internal departments, supports grants and continuing education, and coaches employees. Mentors junior workforce development trainers and helps connect field and office teams through joint training opportunities.

Leads administration, compliance, analysis, benchmarking, and continuous improvement for company-wide compensation, benefits, leave, and accommodation programs. Partners with employees, managers, executives, brokers, advisors, and global HR teams to maintain competitive and legally compliant programs. Coaches the team, oversees performance, develops compensation leveling recommendations, supports audits, and uses data and emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency and insights.
