Manages full-cycle recruiting for three hospitality companies, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring manager coordination, background checks, job postings, and recruiting reports. Conducts new-hire orientation, verifies I-9 documentation, supports training and leadership meetings, maintains HR and compliance files, coordinates referral bonuses, and provides general HR administrative support. Requires knowledge of California and federal employment laws, strong communication, discretion, organization, and proficiency with ADP and Excel.

Administer comprehensive employee benefits, including health, retirement, leave, disability, wellness, and stock plans. Lead open enrollment, HRIS enhancements, vendor implementations, acquisition integrations, compliance, employee communications, and benefits analytics. Partner with brokers, vendors, Payroll, Finance, and HR to improve programs, ensure accurate administration, reconcile costs, and deliver exceptional employee support.

Support end-to-end India payroll processing across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles. Validate payroll inputs, perform reconciliations and variance analysis, investigate discrepancies, and maintain audit-ready records. Ensure compliance with Indian tax, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and labor regulations. Coordinate with employees, HR, Finance, and payroll vendors; maintain Workday and ADP GV data; support testing, process improvements, documentation, and timely service delivery.

Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical roles, from intake through offer and negotiation. Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, build structured interview processes, coach interviewers, source passive candidates, manage pipelines and agencies, and maintain accurate ATS data. Identify bottlenecks, report on recruiting metrics, and help build scalable talent processes in a fast-growing robotics company.

Analyze workforce data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities in recruiting, retention, and workforce planning. Develop HR dashboards and reporting tools using Excel, SQL, Workday, and Power BI. Partner with HR and business leaders to address workforce challenges, lead analytics and data-quality projects, improve business processes, and present concise, data-driven recommendations to leadership.

Partners with HR and organizational leaders to identify learning needs, design and facilitate training, support onboarding and leadership development, maintain learning compliance, optimize HRIS and LMS systems, track metrics, and improve workforce development programs.

Executes HR operations processes across ASEAN and ANZ, including onboarding, offboarding, Workday data maintenance, reporting, metrics, audits, and employee support. The role manages service delivery and supplier performance, ensures data integrity and compliance, resolves operational issues, supports process improvements, and develops regional insights for decision-making. It requires strong customer service, stakeholder communication, analytical ability, and knowledge of local employment legislation.

Supports full-cycle recruiting for drivers, mechanics, yard workers, and corporate roles. Posts jobs, manages ATS pipelines, conducts candidate prescreening, coordinates background checks, drug screens, physicals, and training, and maintains recruiting records. Prepares hiring reports, processes clinic invoices, bonuses, expenses, and recruiting materials. Provides clerical support, communicates with hiring teams, assists with job fairs, and performs local travel as needed.
