Facilitates pre-employment onboarding and compliance processes for new and transferring employees. Coordinates background checks, health and drug screens, I-9s, fingerprinting, verifications, required paperwork, start-date clearance, orientation rosters, and first-day logistics. Uses HRIS tracking systems, evaluates screening results, resolves delays, communicates with candidates and hiring managers, and ensures compliance with regulations and organizational requirements. Supports university recruiting, career fairs, employer branding, social media promotion, and relationships with career centers and student organizations.

Source candidates across engineering, product, design, ops, and GTM; craft outreach; run interview scheduling and coordination; maintain pipelines in Ashby and Paraform; experiment with AI-driven sourcing workflows; provide product feedback to engineering and leadership.

Coordinates full-time and contingent worker onboarding from offer acceptance through Day 1 readiness. Manages background checks, drug screenings, documentation, system access, communications, records, compliance requirements, and onboarding milestones. Partners with Talent Acquisition, HR, IT, Payroll, hiring managers, staffing agencies, and vendor management teams. Tracks risks, resolves delays, maintains dashboards and confidential records, supports acquisition-related onboarding, audits, process improvements, and broader People and Organizational Health initiatives.

Maintains Workday human capital data, processes employee transactions, audits records, supports I-9, E-Verify, visa, payroll, and HC inbox operations. Produces workforce reports and analyses, prepares leadership presentations using AI, documents procedures, supports compliance and special projects, and identifies process improvements. Requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, communication, organization, and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Sources and engages active and passive candidates, builds talent pipelines and maps, conducts initial screening, and partners with recruiters on difficult-to-fill searches. Uses LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, AI sourcing tools, and talent intelligence systems to maintain candidate records, measure sourcing effectiveness, and provide market intelligence. Develops personalized outreach and maintains long-term relationships with prospective candidates while managing multiple priorities.

Supports recruiting and operational training for Spanish-speaking employees in a precast manufacturing environment. Develops and delivers onboarding programs covering manufacturing processes, equipment operation, standard procedures, and safety. Evaluates trainees, maintains training records, conducts safety briefings and audits, supports process improvement, and leads the mentorship program. Requires bilingual English-Spanish communication, hands-on plant experience, knowledge of manufacturing and safety protocols, and the ability to work around industrial hazards while wearing PPE.
