Support EEO/affirmative action compliance by gathering, compiling, and analyzing workforce and applicant data for federal/state reporting and OFCCP audits. Lead and coach a talent acquisition team, oversee recruiting metrics and sourcing strategies, ensure compliance with hiring regulations, analyze recruiting data, and manage full-cycle recruitment to meet headcount needs.

Provide high-quality HR call center support for onboarding, I-9/E-Verify, background checks, benefits, leave, workers' comp, and case management. Use HR systems to record transactions, meet service levels, support compliance, and deliver timely reports and customer resolutions.

Handle HR-related inquiries and transactions via call center channels, maintain HR systems and documentation (PeopleCentral, iCIMS, HR Helpdesk), resolve employee issues, support onboarding/offboarding and benefits, and meet service level agreements for timely, accurate customer service.

Manage and implement HR policies and programs across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness. Partner with leaders to provide coaching, resolve complex employee issues, conduct investigations, maintain HRIS records, ensure legal compliance, and support enterprise HR initiatives.

Partner with leadership to design and implement HR strategy across recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll/benefits and HR operations. Manage investigations, escalated issues, HRIS maintenance, onboarding, retention, and lead direct reports while supporting labor relations and departmental budgets.
