Spectrum Compensation & Benefits Highlights
-
Retirement Support — A 401(k) with a dollar‑for‑dollar match up to 6% plus an additional 3% company retirement contribution for many roles is repeatedly highlighted, signaling strong long‑term savings support. Materials also note broad eligibility across job postings, reinforcing retirement as a core pillar.
-
Affordable Benefits — Health coverage costs are framed as stable because the company says it has absorbed the full premium increases for medical, dental, and vision for the past 12 years, helping keep paycheck deductions steadier than typical trends. This emphasis on cost control is prominently featured on the careers site.
-
Wellbeing & Lifestyle Benefits — Tuition‑free degree options via Guild and free or discounted Spectrum services (internet/TV/mobile where available) are positioned as signature offerings that add everyday value beyond base pay.
