Maintains HR records and systems, supports Mexican labor and social security compliance, coordinates employee communications and recognition initiatives, and partners with employees and management to support organizational objectives and a positive workplace.

Design and manage a global procurement training program across divisions, groups, and business experts. Conduct needs assessments, develop blended learning curricula and materials using the ADDIE model, manage content updates and translations, coordinate vendors and training activities, establish procurement learning and communication hubs, and evaluate outcomes using the Kirkpatrick model. The role requires strong instructional design, procurement or supply chain expertise, project management, communication, and multimedia content development skills.

Provides comprehensive HR support in a 24/7 manufacturing environment, including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, policy guidance, benefits and leave administration, payroll coordination, HRIS maintenance, engagement activities, compliance, investigations, training, and continuous improvement. Partners with employees and site leadership, maintains confidentiality, supports audits and projects, and helps ensure compliance with employment laws, EHS policies, and IATF 16949 standards.

Manage workforce planning requests and recruitment requisitions across Europe. Create job postings, source and screen candidates, conduct phone interviews, coordinate interviews, prepare offers, and maintain recruitment documentation. Support talent acquisition reporting, analytics, employer branding, and recruitment marketing campaigns. Build relationships with hiring managers and HR stakeholders while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Support operational HR tasks including applicant management, document preparation, and admin support; assist strategic projects (health management), personnel development measures, event organization, and evaluation of development initiatives to boost motivation and retention.

Process timely, accurate payroll for multiple Magna locations within a shared service center. Maintain employee master data in SAP HCM, resolve wage tax and social security issues, handle global mobility cases and coordinate with external tax advisors. Communicate with authorities and health insurers, prepare certificates and HR reports, support audits and payroll projects, and continuously improve payroll processes while collaborating with local HR and finance teams.

Support Organizational Change Management delivery by preparing communications, coordinating reviews and logistics, scheduling trainings and events, maintaining trackers and SharePoint content, monitoring action items, and assisting with templates and OCM documentation.

Supports the Human Resources department on a temporary basis by assisting with recruitment, personnel record filing, and short-term HR projects. This student or co-op role provides exposure to HR operations within Magna Electronics.
