- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition approval through offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, job specifications, and hiring priorities.
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified technical candidates.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking events, employee referrals, and professional organizations.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
- Negotiate employment offers and facilitate the pre-employment process.
- Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and candidate pipeline activity.
- Maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
- Participate in job fairs, campus recruiting events, and industry networking activities.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- 2-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in technical, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
- Knowledge of recruiting methods, sourcing techniques, and employment laws.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting databases.
- Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, automotive, information technology, or skilled trades positions.
- Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, AIRS, or Talent Acquisition Specialty credentials.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques.
