Manage month-end revenue close for assigned properties: book revenue, post journal entries, process accruals, reconcile accounts, prepare variance analysis and year-end workpapers, maintain royalty ownership decks, respond to revenue inquiries, document processes, and support special projects and management reporting.

Conduct site surveys, perform engineering evaluations, prepare feasibility studies and cost estimates, develop scopes and design documentation, manage schedules/budgets/procurement, monitor project progress, and coordinate clients, subcontractors, and internal teams under a licensed Professional Engineer.

Manage and grow business deposit accounts and services by developing and executing business development plans, performing due diligence to open accounts, approving ACH credit limits, soliciting businesses, coordinating with lending/branch/marketing teams, managing vendors/contracts, monitoring performance and regulations, and hiring staff.

Provide Level 1 IT support: troubleshoot O365, AD, Windows, Azure, networking, VPN, and hardware issues; log and escalate tickets, maintain documentation, and deliver professional customer service.
