The Administrative Specialist is responsible for visitor reception, office administration, logistics coordination, and maintaining a professional corporate environment at headquarters.

Design, develop, maintain, and support a complex web application and associated platform components (SQL Server, Windows services, desktop apps). Implement performant, secure back-end systems and intuitive front-end interfaces using .NET, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Blazor, and related technologies. Mentor team members, perform code reviews, follow SDLC/agile processes, interface with users to prioritize requests, and ensure compliance with corporate and ISO standards.

Manage all production elements for Theatre Under The Stars season: coordinate designers, vendors, union crews, budgets, schedules, and shop operations; track expenses and payroll; supervise production staff; ensure safety, technical quality, and integration with education and special events.

Manage a diverse general liability caseload from intake through resolution. Perform legal research, draft briefs, pleadings, and discovery, represent clients in court, arbitrations, and depositions, coordinate expert witnesses, prepare for trial, and meet a 1,950-hour billable requirement.

Drive catering and banquet sales to meet hotel revenue goals by soliciting new accounts, conducting sales calls and tours, servicing and growing assigned accounts, monitoring market trends, representing the hotel in the community, coordinating with operations, and supporting promotions and meetings.

Build member relationships to meet sales goals; interview loan applicants; prepare and review loan applications and documents; authorize loan changes; monitor loan compliance; identify and report suspicious transactions; ensure compliance with lending laws, Bank Secrecy Act, NCUA regulations.

Manage and grow the Annual Fund and alumnae engagement through fundraising strategy, donor cultivation, committee leadership, communications, event coordination, and database stewardship (Raisers' Edge). Collaborate with Advancement, Admissions, and Marketing to increase participation and giving.

Lead client meetings, gather and organize client data, build tailored financial plans and insurance illustrations, communicate investment recommendations, manage onboarding and ongoing service, maintain CRM and planning software, track milestones, resolve client inquiries, and cultivate referrals while delivering high-touch client service.

Manage customer projects from drawing submittal through completion. Oversee schedule, budget, materials, compliance, cost control and procurement. Serve as primary customer liaison; coordinate Sales, Engineering, Procurement and Manufacturing; run project meetings, track milestones and budgets, provide technical guidance, and ensure safety, quality and profitability.

Lead and deliver mechanical design for projects, mentor junior staff, coordinate with other disciplines and clients, manage project schedules and mechanical budgets, ensure QA/QC, and participate in continuing education.
