The Senior Recruiter partners with managers across multiple locations to define staffing needs, create job postings, source and attract candidates, screen applicants, support selection and offers, and maintain talent pipelines. The role ensures compliant and consistent hiring practices, manages high candidate volumes, builds relationships with external recruiting sources, and travels to company offices as needed. It also requires proactive outreach, behavioral interviewing knowledge, strong organization, and expertise in recruiting technology and applicant tracking systems.

Performs complex paralegal work across corporate governance, entity filings, litigation, legal research, transaction support, and corporate records management.
