Drive sales of surface characterization instruments across the Southern US: generate and grow accounts, qualify opportunities, present to technical and executive audiences, develop proposals, close deals, and support demonstrations/installations. Position requires frequent travel for meetings, demos, and installations.

Lead full-cycle accounts payable across multiple entities, ensuring timely invoice processing, payments, reconciliations, vendor management, and weekly payment runs. Mentor and train AP staff, enforce controls, document SOPs, drive process improvements, support audits, and collaborate with Operations, Purchasing, and Finance to resolve issues.

Manage and grow a portfolio of 125–150 corporate partners through identification, solicitation, stewardship, renewal, and expansion. Secure new partnerships and increase revenue via sponsorships, cause-marketing, employee engagement, and philanthropic investments. Create proposals and agreements, meet revenue goals, coordinate activations with cross-functional teams, track activity in Salesforce, and represent the organization at events.

Own and deliver assigned projects from purchase order through closeout, coordinating designers, vendors, installers, and internal teams. Manage scheduling, logistics, documentation, on-site leadership, punch lists, billing coordination, and customer communications while protecting budget and quality. Frequent overnight travel and regional support in Houston required.

Support planning and delivery of energy, utility, and infrastructure improvement projects. Conduct site surveys, perform engineering evaluations, prepare feasibility studies and cost estimates, develop scopes and design documentation, manage schedules/budgets/procurement, monitor project progress, and coordinate clients, subcontractors, and internal teams under a licensed Professional Engineer.

Manage and grow business deposit accounts and services by developing and executing business development plans, performing due diligence to open accounts, approving ACH credit limits, soliciting businesses, coordinating with lending/branch/marketing teams, managing vendors/contracts, monitoring performance and regulations, and hiring staff.
