Sell industrial air compressors, compressed air systems, dryers, filtration equipment, rentals, parts, and services across an assigned territory. Advise customers on system sizing, selection, installation, and optimization; conduct on-site audits; identify new opportunities; manage customer relationships and sales pipelines; collaborate with technicians and inside sales; and support account management and collections coordination.

Performs front-office administration for a collision service center, including teammate support and training, payroll and HR recordkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, cash handling, customer service, and monitoring adherence to company procedures.

Coordinates daily production and installation schedules with installers, vendors, subcontractors, customers, and internal departments. Communicates scheduling dates, status updates, technical issues, and special requirements; prioritizes work, coordinates orders and product delivery, tracks quality inspections, maintains trade records, and uses computerized systems for scheduling, information gathering, and troubleshooting.

Leads operational process improvement and workflow optimization across servicing and loan management functions. Coordinate high-volume HR transactions across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, compensation changes, leaves, and terminations. Maintain accurate employee data, documentation, trackers, and reports; coordinate screenings and workflows; audit records; resolve missing information; and support payroll, benefits, HR initiatives, and process improvements. Respond to routine employee and manager inquiries while ensuring transactions are completed accurately and on time.

Manages automotive finance transactions for customers, sells financing products, prepares retail sales and lease contracts, processes deal paperwork, ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, and coordinates with sales and general managers to secure prompt contract funding.
