Lead and grow the Solutions Consulting (pre-sales) organization, set strategy and metrics, align with Sales, Product, and Marketing, manage resources and budgeting, recruit and develop staff, and ensure effective deployment of solutions to drive revenue growth and customer success.

Own and operate Chess.com's Elasticsearch/OpenSearch platform: capacity planning, cluster architecture, performance tuning, incident response, migrations, and GitOps-driven infrastructure. Lead global marketing strategy and commercial execution for Reverse Osmosis across industrial, municipal, desalination, and drinking water markets. Drive portfolio roadmap, innovation, channel architecture, go-to-market models, and cross-functional alignment. Manage global marketing teams, monitor commercial KPIs, and optimize pricing, margin, and pipeline to deliver sustainable growth.

Manage health and performance of product databases: schema design, permissions, backups/recovery, failover clustering, performance tuning, monitoring, incident response, and cross-team support for releases and customer issues. Participate in on-call rotation.

Lead development and execution of a global partner strategy: recruit, onboard, and manage consulting and technology partners; drive partner-led pipeline and revenue through joint business planning, co-marketing, and enablement; align cross-functional teams; monitor partner performance and run executive-level reviews.
