Maintain and modernize .NET applications, design APIs and microservices, build cross-platform mobile apps (Flutter), deploy Linux containerized services to private cloud, implement CI/CD, integrate internal systems, modernize legacy Windows apps, and collaborate across teams using Agile and AI-assisted development tools.

Provide remote phone-based technical support for HungerRush POS systems, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, Windows, software, networking, and POS issues. Manage high-volume inbound cases, document ticket activity, escalate when needed, maintain shift availability, follow SOPs, and collaborate cross-functionally to minimize restaurant downtime and optimize customer satisfaction.

Lead HR operations and administration across the employee lifecycle, managing onboarding, HRIS/Workday data, compliance, employment verifications, records retention, reporting, process improvement, audits, and HR service delivery while partnering with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, and business leaders.

Review structural design inputs, define scope, produce detailed grating fabrication drawings, perform 2D/3D modeling and drafting, coordinate with sales/customers, manage RFIs, change orders and project schedules, ensure deliverables meet codes (AISC, NISD) and resolve issues across teams. Occasional short-term travel.
