About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, curious, and motivated HR Intern to join our team for the Summer 2027 internship program. This position is designed to give a well‑rounded, hands‑on experience across Human Resources, with a primary focus on Total Reward.
What You’ll Do
- Support the Total Reward team with projects.
- Rotate through several HR areas including, learning, leadership development, talent acquisition, Regional HR Business Partners, and the Chief People Officer.
- Participate in field visits to company sites.
- Join in learning activities, team events, and development experiences.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in a related field (Human Resources, Business, Psychology etc.).
- Junior or Senior status by fall of 2027.
- 3.0 GPA
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- You have basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; specific technical skills may vary by role
