Own strategic relationships with large enterprise SaaS customers from onboarding through adoption, renewal, and expansion. Design streaming responses, recovery and fallback states, dynamic interfaces, human-in-the-loop interactions, and agentic workflows. Apply LLM patterns, prompt engineering, tool calling, evaluation, and observability. Develop TypeScript and React interfaces, support backend API contracts, troubleshoot production issues, mentor engineers, and contribute to technical and design reviews.

Oversee commercial credit risk and asset quality, review and approve complex loan applications, manage criticized and non-performing loans, develop restructuring strategies, present recommendations to Loan Committee, ensure lending policy compliance, and mentor lending staff. Analyze borrower financials, cash flow, collateral, guarantor capacity, covenants, and portfolio performance while supporting business development efforts.

Delivers post-sales network engineering services, including requirements assessment, solution design, equipment staging, configuration, testing, deployment, documentation, and client coordination. Manages complex data center networking environments involving routers, switches, firewalls, load balancing, DMZs, DDI, routing protocols, and modern switching architectures. Collaborates with clients, vendors, Smart Hands, project managers, and internal teams to meet service-level objectives, resolve issues, improve deployment processes, and enhance service delivery.

Performs front-office and clerical duties, including greeting and checking in Medicare clients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, following up with prospective clients, supporting insurance enrollment inquiries, preparing marketing materials, assisting with outreach events, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant consent procedures.

Provide technical support to customers and internal users through phone and email. Diagnose and resolve SaaS application, system, network, database, and data-related issues; analyze application data; assist with IT questionnaires and assessments; collaborate with hospital IT and pharmacy teams; maintain customer satisfaction; and participate in occasional overnight on-call coverage.

Represent clients in commercial litigation by contributing to litigation strategy, preparing for trial, taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, and researching complex legal issues. The role requires a Juris Doctor, Tennessee bar licensure in good standing, law-firm litigation experience, strong writing skills, and the ability to investigate and analyze complex matters.
