The Director of Corporate Development owns CloudLinux’s inorganic growth strategy, including acquisition sourcing, screening, valuation, due diligence, deal structuring, budgeting, negotiation support, and post-close integration. The role also evaluates alliances, joint ventures, and commercial partnerships; supports long-term strategy and debt or equity financing; and builds the corporate development function, playbooks, models, and pipeline infrastructure.

Develops new business for an audiovisual integration company through prospecting, relationship building, strategic partnerships, presentations, proposals, and deal closing. Qualify inbound and outbound leads, conduct discovery, manage prospects through handoff or close, and develop sales pipeline in a SaaS environment. The role engages decision-makers, presents AVEVA solutions, maintains accurate CRM records, forecasts results, and collaborates with regional sales, marketing, account management, customer success, and business development teams.

Prepares and issues invoices, verifies billing data, onboards customers in Sage Intacct, resolves discrepancies, allocates billing correctly, supports billing inquiries, maintains documentation, and generates accounts receivable reports. Collaborates with operations and leadership to ensure accurate, timely billing and smooth month-end close processes.
