OTC Markets Group – New York City - Full Time

OTC Markets Group is an established financial technology company redefining the future of public markets. We operate trading platforms for the industry's top broker-dealers to trade over 12,000 securities, from startups to global Fortune 500 companies.
We're looking for an experienced Lead, Market Insights & Client Success to join our Corporate Services team. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of experience in investor relations or equity research and knows how to turn issuer, trading and shareholder data into practical insights. In this role, you'll shape the issuer journey end-to-end, build the research, presentations and digital resources that scale our client engagement, and partner closely within Sales, with Marketing and other cross functional teams to strengthen and highlight OTC Markets' broader offerings to issuers.
OTC Markets is currently operating in a hybrid work environment (three days in office, two days remotely).
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of the issuer journey from onboarding through ongoing Client Success engagement.
  • Analyze issuer, trading, shareholder and market data to develop practical market intelligence, benchmarking and insights for clients and internal teams.
  • Develop scalable issuer education, guidance, presentations, thought leadership and other client-facing resources.
  • Identify recurring issuer needs and translate them into improved processes, digital resources and client experiences.
  • Work with Product, Marketing, Issuer Services, Market Data, Sales and Client Success to strengthen OTCIQ and other issuer-facing tools and services.
  • Support strategic initiatives and partnerships that strengthen issuer engagement, market quality and OTC Markets’ client offering.
  • Use AI and digital tools to improve research, analysis, content development and the scalability of the Client Success function.
Peripheral Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of the issuer journey from onboarding through ongoing Client Success engagement.
  • Analyze issuer, trading, shareholder and market data to develop practical market intelligence, benchmarking and insights for clients and internal teams.

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in investor relations or equity research, including experience within a public company, investment firm, research provider or specialist advisory organization.
  • Strong understanding of public companies, investor expectations and capital markets.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with financial, trading, shareholder or market data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex market topics into clear, practical insights.
  • Experience developing client-facing research, presentations, educational materials or thought leadership.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and practical experience using AI and other digital tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven track record of performance in similar roles
  • Familiarity with OTC Markets’ ecosystem or financial services preferred
  • Experience in public company IR, equity research, shareholder analytics or capital markets advisory.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This role involves extended periods of sitting and computer work; ergonomic practices and regular screen breaks are encouraged.
Travel
This role may require occasional international travel to support global offices (UK, Hong Kong) or industry events.

Compensation:

The target base salary for this role is between $130,000–$135,000 complemented by a competitive total rewards package that includes stock options, a discretionary annual cash bonus, and discretionary equity awards.
