Own CX operations roadmap initiatives from concept through delivery, identifying opportunities for automation and AI. Build and optimize Salesforce and Intercom workflows, integrations, reports, dashboards, surveys, and routing logic. Build consumer and B2B audiences, develop platform-native content, support campaigns and launches, drive thought leadership, steward sensitive brand messaging, and use analytics to optimize performance. The role also directs creative collaboration, tests content approaches, leverages AI tools, tracks engagement and audience growth, and reports results.

Supports employee benefits administration, leave programs, enrollments, invoices, funding, reporting, audits, Workday processes, and employee inquiries. Maintains benefits data, portals, SOPs, and secure PHI/PII records while researching compliance requirements including ERISA, COBRA, ACA, and HIPAA. Provides benefits education during onboarding, coordinates wellness and gym programs, assists with international benefits, and partners with HR teams to deliver consistent employee experiences.

Lead marketing measurement and experimentation to quantify attribution and incrementality, optimize ad platforms and CRM, build performance data assets, analyze lifecycle engagement, and communicate insights to influence marketing strategy and spend allocation.
