As an Embedded Systems Engineer, you will develop and ensure the reliability of roadside systems, creating schematics and coding for hardware-software integration.

Conduct outbound phone, email, and social media prospecting to identify SMB leads, manage CRM data, qualify prospects, understand business needs, and schedule appointments for sales representatives. The role follows lead management processes, provides marketing feedback, and supports pipeline growth through cold outreach and appointment setting.

Supports client management operations by coordinating projects, tracking metrics, preparing client-facing materials, facilitating meetings, and resolving escalations. Designs and maintains data collection infrastructure, resilient pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, data warehouses, streaming architecture, BI reporting, and analytical systems. Troubleshoots technical defects, performs root-cause analysis, maintains specialized datasets, and owns end-to-end data collection, extraction, and cleansing. The role requires experience with AWS, Google Cloud, ETL tools, programming languages, NoSQL databases, and BI platforms.

Build and maintain production data pipelines, Airflow DAGs, Snowflake infrastructure, and Data Vault 2.0 models. Ensure data quality, observability, security, governance, reliability, and cost efficiency through automated testing and CI/CD. Lead technical projects end-to-end, collaborate with stakeholders, and support SOX-relevant reporting while developing expertise in commercial insurance data and processes.

Supports planning, coordination, and delivery of data projects and dataset production. Maintains Salesforce project records, timelines, documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures; facilitates meetings; coordinates internal teams and external vendors; monitors risks and deadlines; supports process improvement; and provides project updates to leadership.

Designs, deploys, and maintains Bastille WIDS sensor arrays across global data center facilities. Integrates wireless threat telemetry with Genetec Security Center, tunes RF monitoring, performs site surveys, develops coverage plans and technical documentation, establishes alerting workflows, maintains wireless device inventories, and investigates detection failures. Collaborates with network, IT security, SOC, vendors, and infrastructure teams while providing up to 20% international travel and after-hours support.

Lead strategic customer deployments of AI solutions from discovery through production. Architect and build AI agents, vibe apps, MCP integrations, workflows, and custom scripts using TypeScript, Node.js, and React. Partner with C-suite stakeholders, Sales, Customer Success, and Product to drive adoption, measurable ROI, and workflow improvements. Instrument deployments, run evaluations, convert insights into product requirements, and create reusable assets and playbooks.

Provides HR administrative support, coordinates onboarding and orientations, processes timekeeping and payroll adjustments, maintains employee records, manages screenings and compliance registrations, updates policies, communicates HR information, supports office events, and assists the local HR team and HR business partners.

Own the Americas customer lifecycle marketing strategy, leading a team and developing automated CRM journeys that improve activation, cross-sell, retention, conversion, churn, and lifetime value. Partner with Product, Marketing, Analytics, Regional, Creative, and Engineering teams to align customer communications with product priorities. Use cohort analysis, A/B testing, dashboards, and incremental-lift measurement to guide strategy and demonstrate commercial impact.
