Provides financial leadership and accounting oversight for federal, state, local, foundation, and restricted grants. Manages grant budgets, accounting records, journal entries, revenue recognition, billings, reimbursements, forecasting, financial reporting, compliance, audits, and closeout. Requires extensive enterprise data engineering, cloud platform, data warehousing, automation, and people leadership experience.

Build and improve the commercial operating system for the sales organization. Responsibilities include designing sales methodology and funnel governance, improving installed-base and MRO opportunity capture, establishing performance KPIs and operating cadences, strengthening channel effectiveness, reducing process friction, developing sales tools and playbooks, and leading cross-functional sales effectiveness initiatives. The role uses analytics, Salesforce, AI, and automation to improve win rates, seller productivity, forecast reliability, and commercial accountability.

Operates high-volume printing, copying, sorting, mailing, and production equipment while troubleshooting issues and maintaining quality. Provides customer service, coordinates service requests, manages records and inventory, calculates service charges, and supports job delivery.
