Drive new business for Fleetio by prospecting and closing mid-market customers. Conduct consultative sales, perform web-based demos, manage inbound and outbound pipeline, negotiate pricing, and collaborate cross-functionally to grow ARR. Role requires consistent follow-up and up to 20% travel.

Own and maintain the companys data infrastructure and pipelines. Design, build, and monitor ETL/ELT workflows and data architecture; integrate SaaS sources; enforce data quality, standards, and governance; partner with stakeholders to deliver analytics-ready data and meet data availability SLAs.

Lead design and launch of a partner program to recruit, onboard, enable, and retain brokers, TPAs, carriers, staffing, and technology partners. Lead a centralized marketing production team to manage workflows, deliver co-branded/client assets, and ensure SLA compliance. Oversee major launches and cross-functional production roadmaps, perform hands-on asset production and QA, administer core MarTech (CRM, MAP, CMS) and data hygiene, build automations and DAM workflows, and manage vendors while communicating launch status across the company.

Serve as a senior IT business/systems analyst bridging IT and clinical business units: gather and translate data and system requirements, document processes and high-level technical designs, support integrations and data quality, define user stories and acceptance criteria, coach junior analysts, lead prototyping, and drive implementations using Agile practices.

Perform IT audits to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies. Assist planning, execution, and reporting of IT audit engagements including SOX ITGC testing and risk-based reviews. Analyze data to identify control deficiencies, validate remediation, and communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Use data analytics to enhance audit coverage and monitor remediation status.

Own post-sales relationships for a portfolio of Series B+ tech clients, lead implementations and onboarding (including ATS/HRIS API integrations and SSO), develop success plans tied to hiring goals, train client teams, analyze and present ROI metrics, advocate customer needs to product, and drive adoption and upsell across Symbal's AI recruiting platform.

Support global compensation and benefits operations: conduct market pricing, administer pay processes (merit, bonus, promotions), manage benefits open enrollment and vendor invoices, provide employee support, maintain policies and documentation, and administer leaves in Workday.

Respond to inbound leads, qualify and enrich CRM records, route opportunities to sales/support, perform outbound follow-ups, maintain Salesforce data, and provide insights to improve marketing and sales processes.
