Process and fulfill user access requests, provision and modify accounts, troubleshoot access issues, and support onboarding/offboarding. Provide day-to-day IT support and maintenance across the college: manage help desk tickets, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, create training materials, assist with audits/backups and enforce IT policy, communicate status to stakeholders, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure end-user satisfaction.
