Lead and coordinate multiple concurrent projects across brand families, managing timelines, stage-gates, GANTT schedules, cross-functional stakeholders, SKU lifecycle actions, LTOs, and product sunsetting while reporting progress and risks to the VP of Operations.

The Demand Planner will lead demand planning routines, collaborate with commercial and supply chain teams, develop forecasts, and maintain optimal inventory levels while tracking key performance indicators.

Drive assigned territory to develop customer relationships with grocery store management, place orders, stock and merchandize products, build displays, resolve order issues, maintain pricing and inventory, and ensure stores remain stocked. Work independently with a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, and perform routine maintenance and customer service tasks.

Manage full-cycle HR operations including weekly payroll processing, recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, training support, and HR reporting. Maintain accurate records, coordinate with leadership and vendors, support investigations, and help foster an inclusive workplace culture across café and office locations.

Partner with restaurant and field leaders to manage employee relations, conduct workplace investigations, ensure compliance (EEOC, FMLA, ADA), deliver HR and safety training, coach leaders on policies and corrective action, support leave administration, and foster an inclusive workplace across multi-state operations.
