Lead and develop hotel sales strategy and teams to drive top-line revenue. Oversee property sales staff, mentor and coach, manage key accounts, implement selling processes, and support operations and revenue management to maximize profit opportunities and ensure strong guest and team experiences.

Manage inbound/outbound transportation and 3PL operations, oversee carrier relationships and KPIs, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, coordinate scheduling with production and warehouse, lead continuous improvement, analyze transport data for cost and service optimization, and support peak volume and operational disruptions.

Handle inbound customer inquiries and orders for petroleum products across phone and email; process payments, update records, resolve complaints, coordinate with colleagues, and use computers to manage high call volumes and order databases.

Lead centralized legal administration for multi-state venue launches and ongoing operations: manage contract intake and lifecycle, track filings/licenses/leases/insurance, run insurance claims coordination, implement compliance tracking tools, and drive scalable processes to support rapid expansion.

Drive assigned routes to take presales orders, stock and maintain customer displays and shelves, rotate and remove damaged/out-of-date product, review promotions with account managers, forecast sales, and communicate issues with sales and delivery teams.
