Develop and sustain professional sales relationships across an assigned territory by promoting, merchandising, and selling beverage products. Execute promotions, manage accounts and inventory, train staff, analyze sales trends, collaborate with suppliers and internal teams, and support retail and on-premise execution to meet sales goals.

Lead process engineering for capital projects: define scope, develop PFDs/P&IDs, heat and material balances, direct process teams, ensure safety/compliance, support commissioning/startup, validate CAPEX assumptions, and liaise with operations and contractors.

Provide administrative and data support across Customer Success, Finance, Food Science & Quality, and Operations. Prepare invoices, maintain customer and costing records, compile reports and dashboards, support month-end reconciliation, track quality and production metrics, and facilitate cross-functional communication to support manufacturing and customer service.

Provide administrative and operational HR support including onboarding, HRIS data entry, FMLA/leave administration, interview scheduling, vendor/procure-to-pay processing, and serve as initial HR contact. Ensure data accuracy, support training administration, special projects, and in-person, flexible shift coverage.

Embedded analytics partner supporting regional sales: perform ad hoc and structured analysis using AI and BI tools, validate results, build presentation narratives, assist DI brief-writing and simple agent builds, communicate insights to field teams, and support regional business reviews and selling tools.

Manage dealership finance and insurance processes: help customers secure vehicle financing, work with lending agencies, sell warranties and aftermarket products, manage cash, provide exceptional customer service, and support team operations. Requires evening/weekend availability and adherence to site-specific procedures.

Lead strategy and execution for a portfolio of premium spirits brands. Develop marketing and sales programs, manage supplier and distributor relationships, forecast inventory, analyze ROI, launch products, and collaborate with sales, finance, and marketing to drive growth and optimize P&L.
