Support origination, execution, and management of corporate private debt investments. Perform account reconciliations, process and approve manual journal entries, manage lockbox/check processing and FCU reports, support month-end close (accruals, wires), produce periodic reporting, gather financial data for reporting databases, and recommend process improvements to ensure control and accuracy.

Perform accounting reconciliations and produce timely, region-wise financial reports. Maintain records per accounting standards, follow up with business lines to close open items, and ensure accurate financial reporting.

The Analyst supports the Private Capital team by managing SFR and LIHTC portfolios, coordinating with stakeholders, and performing financial analyses.

Perform reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, invoice and accrual processing, and reporting at program/project level. Coordinate with stakeholders, compile and analyze financial data in Excel, support billing and Work Order processes, and identify automation opportunities.
