The Analyst supports the Private Capital team by managing SFR and LIHTC portfolios, coordinating with stakeholders, and performing financial analyses.

Lead management of a $1B+ portfolio of tax equity, leveraged lease, and equity investments in infrastructure and renewables; underwrite and execute new infrastructure debt transactions; negotiate restructurings and exits; oversee monitoring, client reporting, and credit analysis; mentor an analyst and contribute to platform growth.

Own and modernize the Insurance Risk Economic Capital framework, including reporting, planning, methodology, and controls. Lead automation of EC production, integrate AI and advanced analytics into capital assessment, independently review and challenge actuarial assumptions, and collaborate with actuarial, finance, modeling, and product teams to drive decision-useful capital insights.

Perform independent quality assurance reviews of pension and benefits onboarding and quote processes. Extract, compile and compare data across systems, test for accuracy/completeness/timeliness and potential fraud, create metrics and Excel reports, communicate discrepancies to onshore teams, and recommend continuous improvements to management.

Lead and support SEC and US GAAP regulatory reporting activities including preparation, validation, and review of quarterly and year-end filings. Plan quarter-end workflows, analyze financial interrelationships, ensure data integrity using PeopleSoft and HFM, and perform financial analysis and research. Communicate findings and maintain high attention to detail.
