Description and Requirements
Maintain advance level MS Access database along with regular update/edit/refresh logics in table/forms.
• Identify data classification gaps and work with different functional groups and IT team for timely resolution for data remediation.
• Support Investment reporting group for adhoc investment reporting new query.
• Ability to effectively manage research / resolution/ follow-ups for closure of open items.
• Prepare monthly Journal entries and load in PeopleSoft.
• Prepare quarterly reconciliation between ledger to sub ledger and resolve material reconciling items.
• Contribute in adhoc Solvency II project testing and prepare quarterly/annual QRT reports.
• Prepare reports and analysis for SI compared SII and P1 compared P3 for Investment reporting group.
• Plan workflow for all deliverables in advance of monthly/quarterly/annual activities.
• Partner with regional/sub-regional controller, finance group, functional groups and IT group for data testing.
• Partner onshore team for various Solvency II reporting and Investment reporting UAT testing.
• Candidate with a owning attitude to the deliverable and meeting timelines/adhoc task as per the client need.
• Support special requests and ad-hoc reports as requested.
