Prospect and qualify premium short-term rental property owners across North America through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and social media. Responsibilities include security monitoring, endpoint protection, centralized logging, vulnerability management, detection tuning, incident response, data protection, compliance evidence, automation, and security reporting. The role investigates security events, supports FedRAMP and CJIS requirements, maintains operational readiness, and collaborates with engineering, cloud, compliance, privacy, legal, and product teams.

Manages and optimizes ERP operations, employee data, HR workflows, system structures, integrations, releases, upgrades, and testing. Own the full mid-market sales cycle from outbound prospecting through contract close. Provides hands-on technical leadership for Pantheon’s P1 zero-to-one product and company-wide engineering strategy. Owns architecture across real-time collaboration, APIs, data, publishing, integrations, and developer experience; establishes reliability, security, observability, and delivery standards; guides build-versus-buy decisions; mentors senior engineers; partners with product, design, security, infrastructure, and customers; and contributes code to validate architecture and unblock critical initiatives.

Own full-cycle recruiting for 8–15 concurrent requisitions across clinical, engineering, product, AI, operations, corporate, and commercial functions. Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders on role definition, sourcing, structured interviews, candidate assessment, offer negotiations, and hiring decisions. Build passive talent pipelines, manage candidate experience, and adapt recruiting strategies across multiple geographies and time zones.

Own a portfolio of 8–12 lender accounts, driving adoption, engagement, retention, and measurable customer outcomes after implementation. Serve as the strategic customer partner and escalation point while coordinating Product, Support, Implementation, and Sales. Build Vesta’s Customer Success function from the ground up, including playbooks, engagement models, success metrics, feedback loops, operating cadence, and hiring and managing the first 1–3 team members.

Leads strategic finance, corporate FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial controls, performance reporting, and resource allocation. Develops financial models, business analytics, unit economics, and strategic insights for executive decision-making. Builds finance processes and teams, implements planning and accounting tools, supports board reporting, and evaluates growth initiatives. Partners cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup environment while improving finance workflows through AI and enterprise planning systems.

Own inbound leads from qualification through close, expand product usage within existing accounts, and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Partner with Marketing, Field Sales, and Channel teams on campaigns, outreach sequences, webinars, account research, and trial coordination. Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and competitive intelligence while supporting retention and customer experience. The role serves research and life-science customers and requires understanding of DNA sequencing technologies.
